   When I got the bad news that my favorite eyeliner had been discontinued (Mark On the Edge Liner in Painted Black $6.50), I immediately went on the hunt for a new one. Since my favorite liquid liner was only $6.50, I was dying to know if price really mattered? Could I find a match at the same low price? I decided to put two liners to the test. I chose Urban Decay’s 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Liner in Perversion ($19) and stacked it up against Wet n Wild’s H2O Proof Liquid Liner in Ultra Black ($4).

   I was pleased to discover that both liners worked really well! However, I have to admit that the Urban Decay Liner was so smooth, a much bolder black, and my overall fave. Check out the pics and tell me what you think! What are your favorite liners?
